Garten mit Mobel, Feuerplatz, Autoparkieren. Haustiere sind erlaubt. Preis: 40 Euro pro Tag bis auf 4 Personen, jeder weitere Gast nur +5 Euro/TAg. In the heart of Balatonalmadi, yet in a peaceful dead-end street with no traffic three-room-apartment for rent. First floor  of  a large house. Each room with three beds, + an unfoldable armchair bed, so maximium for 10 people. Two cable TV sets, one room with balcony. Kitchen with cooker, microwave oven, two refrigerators.  Bathroom with shower and toilet. Each of the premises has its own entrance from hall. Isolated from ground floor, where owner is staying. Garden with furniture, fire place, parking. Pets are welcome. Rates: 40 Euros a day up to 4 people, each additional guest only +5 Euros/day.

DIE UMGEBUNG:  Strand 500 m. Gaschafte, Einkafszentrum, Gaststatte, Arzt innerhalb 200m. Es gibt viele Restauranten, Wassersport, Schwimbad - 5km, Tennisplatze im Zentrum, Ausflugsmoglichkeit in die Berge mit wunderschone Panorama auf den See. Veszprem, die historische Stadt nur 12 km, Tihany, das Halbinsel 20 km. Die See ist am breitesten hier, 14 km. Balaton ist 77km lang. Kostenlose Parkieren in dem Ganzen Ferienort.

IN THE VICINITY:   Beach 550 yards. Shops, supermarket, bars, medical service within 200 yards. You will find lots of restaurants, water sport facilities, swimming pool 3 miles away, tennis courts in center, possibility for walking in the surrounding hills with breathtaking panoramas onto the lake beneath. Veszprem, the historical town is only 7 miles while the Tihany pennisula is 12 miles away. The lake is the widest here, 9 miles. Balaton is 49 miles long. Free parking throughout the whole resort.

Erreichen ist einfach: (Printen Sie aus, bitte!) 1. Im Zentrum muss man von Landstrasse 71 Richtung Veszprem wahlen, aus geschrieben bei der Verkehrsampeln. Nach  etwa 300m, schweift diese Hauptstrasse rechts, aber man muss  links fahren: Baross Strasse, (Fleischerei).   2. Von Richtung Veszprem, nach dem "CBA" Einkaufszentrum (links), soll man links den Bogen der Hauptstrasse nicht folgen, sondern gerade fahren, Baross Strasse, (Fleischerei). Im vierten Haus rechts in Baross Strasse gibt es ein Kaffe, wo man gleich nach rechts fahren soll, sehr langsam, es ist eine sehr kleine Strasse, kaum zu bemerken von dem Auto. Das erste Haus nach rechts ist was Sie suchen. It is easy to get here: (Print it, please!) 1.  In the very center, from road 71, take direction Veszprem, traffic lamps, signposted. After about 300 yards, this main street will arch to the right but you should turn to the left: Baross street, (butcher's). 2.  Coming from Veszprem you will spot the "CBA" supermarket on your left. Then the main street will arch to the left but you should drive in straight: Baross street, (butcher's). The fourth house on your right in Baross street is a bar. Right after it turn to the right very slowly, this is a very small street hardly visible from the car. The first house on the right hand side is the one you are looking for.
